QUALITY POLICY
All
blocks are designed and machined to ISO standards. Material specification
confirms to Cast Iron of IS210 grade FG260, Cast Steel of IS 1030
grade 43/58,S.G.IRON of IS 1865 grade 400/12.
Bearing
seat of the housing is machined with H7 housing fit and sufficiently
wide to enable the bearing to be displaced axially.Located bearing
mounting are obtained by inserting suitable Locating Rings. They
are then designated fixed type bearing mountings, floating bearings
are
without locating rings and fixed type are with locating rings.
Sealing of housing is done by felt seals or triple labyrinth seals
on both inch and metric shafts. For labyrinth seals 'O' ring cords
ensure that the labyrinth seals which are mounted with loose fit
rotate with the shaft.
Grease
Nipple and Drain Plug are provided for grease and oil lubrication.
Housing
with felt seals are designated T.C. and housing with labyrinth
seals are designated T.S.
Metallic
End Plates are provided for closed shaft ends. Eye Boalts are
provided depending upon the load and design of the block.
Material are shot blasted and given primer treatment with outer
surfaces of "WINCO" housing which are unmachined provided
with universal coat of synthetic paints.
